Operations Coordinator

About This Role

As Operations Coordinator you'll be the engine room of McNif's day-to-day service delivery — coordinating bookings, technician schedules, and customer communications.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the daily schedule of field technicians
  • Handle customer booking enquiries and confirmations
  • Monitor service quality and address complaints promptly
  • Coordinate supply ordering and equipment maintenance
  • Report daily performance metrics to senior management

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years experience in operations, logistics, or customer service
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient with digital tools and scheduling software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
