Operations Coordinator
About This Role
As Operations Coordinator you'll be the engine room of McNif's day-to-day service delivery — coordinating bookings, technician schedules, and customer communications.
What You'll Do
- ✓ Manage the daily schedule of field technicians
- ✓ Handle customer booking enquiries and confirmations
- ✓ Monitor service quality and address complaints promptly
- ✓ Coordinate supply ordering and equipment maintenance
- ✓ Report daily performance metrics to senior management
What We're Looking For
- ✓ 1–2 years experience in operations, logistics, or customer service
- ✓ Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- ✓ Proficient with digital tools and scheduling software
- ✓ Excellent communication skills
- ✓ Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
