About This Role

Join our frontline field team as a Mobile Valet Technician. You'll be the face of McNif, delivering premium car care directly to our customers' doors across Birmingham.

What You'll Do

• ✓ Perform professional exterior and interior car cleaning to McNif's 5-star standard
• ✓ Manage and maintain your equipment and supplies
• ✓ Navigate to customer locations punctually and professionally
• ✓ Communicate with customers and collect feedback
• ✓ Report issues and maintain service logs via the McNif app

What We're Looking For

• ✓ Full UK driving licence (clean preferred)
• ✓ Experience in car valeting or detailing (desirable but not essential)
• ✓ Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• ✓ Professional, friendly, and reliable
• ✓ Ability to work independently
